Could it be? The Diet Solution Program Scam

Well, if you believe Rip Off Reports it is. The Famous rip off reporting site has had no fewer than eleven complaints filed against the Diet Solution program.

“Did not send my program I bought!” Writes disgruntled would-be dieter.

“The video for this product shows that you are going to get an entire collection of books on her diet plan…nothing ever shows up.” grumbles another.

So what is going on? Why are customers spending their hard-earned cash and not getting the goods? Did Diet Solutions “take the money and run?”

No, it seems the confusion is coming from misunderstandings concerning the product and presentation on the website. Many customers thought when they ordered a set of books for $47.00 they would receive a set of actual books. In reality they ordered a set of Instant Download e-books. The presentation shows photos of several impressive books and it certainly appears to imply the customer would receive these wire-bound physical books. It appears the Diet Solution Scam is just a huge misunderstanding.

One of the food groups the Diet Solution frowns upon is the milk group. If you are menopausal or pregnant you are probably taking calcium supplements and you should keep taking them to protect your bones and form your baby’s; but how can we get more calcium in our diet without dairy products?

There are vegetables that are quite high in calcium. Some are even better than many dairy products. All green leafy vegetables like leaf lettuce, kale, collards, Chinese cabbage, spinach, and mustard greens are good sources of Calcium. Therefore, a green salad can be as good as a glass of milk as far as calcium.

In addition, vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, onions, avocados, green beans, Black-eyed peas, and legumes such as chickpeas and black beans. Oranges, almonds, and nut butters are good sources as well. These sources of calcium are low in calories, and provide fiber as a side benefit.

Be aware that tea, coffee, and cola leech the calcium out of your bones.
